How to pay online fees?

  1. Go to online payment option.
  2. Enter your Mobile Number.
  3. Select and verify the child and fees details.
  4. Verify/Enter your email id.
  5. proceed for payment

How to pay by NEFT/Bank Transfer?

  1. Click on 'Pay By Netbanking' option.
  2. Select 'NEFT/Bank Transfer' option.
  3. A page will be displayed with all the details like Account Number,IFSC code and Amount.
  4. Account number will have last 10 digits as your mobile number. This account number will be unique to the selected child.
  5. Add beneficiary account in your bank with the account number and IFSC code.
  6. Select account type as 'Current' or 'Savings' account. Any option will do.
  7. Beneficary name, you can enter as 'New India School'.
  8. Make sure you transfer the exact amount displayed.
  9. Make the transfer to this account using NEFT/IMPS, once the payment is credited you will get a receipt email and confirmation SMS.
  10. You can also make the transfer by visiting your bank and filling the NEFT form.

I have two children in the same school, can I make payments to the same account number?

  1. No, you cannot make payment to the same account number. Please go through the same process again for the second child.

How to pay by Netbanking?

  1. Click on 'Pay By Netbanking' option.
  2. Select Netbanking option.
  3. Select your bank, login to your bank.
  4. Complete the transaction process as directed by your bank site.

How to pay by Debit card?

  1. Click on Debit card option.
  2. Enter the card details. Enter further details required by the bank like OTP.
  3. Complete the transaction process.

How to pay by Credit card?

  1. Click on Credit card option.
  2. Enter the card details. Enter further details required by the bank like OTP.
  3. Complete the transaction process.

What do I do if the transaction fails, amount was not debited?

  1. Please try the payment again after 24 hours.
  2. If the payment still fails, please try another mode of payment. You can use another card or netbanking of another bank or NEFT option.

What do I do if the transaction fails, amount was debited?

  1. Please send an email to support@prisms.in and support@instamojo.com in case of failure.
  2. Mention your email id, mode of payment and transaction details.
  3. The refunds usually are processed within 10-12 working days from the date of the transaction.
  4. In rare cases, if the amount is not settled to the payment gateway, you will have to raise a query with your bank.

What do I do if the transaction is successful but I did not receive the receipt?

  1. Please send an email to support@prisms.in with details of payment.

Why am I being charged a convenience fee?

  1. The convenience fee is being shared between the banks, card processors like VISA, Mastercard and payment gateway towards technology and processing charges.
  2. The School does not receive any benefit from this fee.
  3. Online payments helps parents by providing an easy and hassle free solution for parents to pay their fees right from their home.
  4. We recommend using Netbanking or NEFT as the charges are flat and very low, thus providing convenience to parents.
