ADMISSIONS FOR RECREATION CENTRE-1 (RC-1) A.Y. 2022-23

Instructions :

• Please enable the popup setting from your Chrome application, then fill the form online, click the 'Submit ' button and then take a printout.
• A sum of Rs. 600/- must be paid online. The printout of the receipt must be submitted along with the form and a copy of Birth Certificate and Aadhar card (if you have) at the School Reception.
• Please submit the formduly signed, at the School Reception between 9:00 & 11:00 a.m. immediately on the next working day.
• If a print out is not taken then please again click on the form link, enter your mobile number, it will show the already filled form number and a print icon. Please click on the print icon and take the printout or save as a PDF file.
• Please note that only forms that are submitted physically to the School will be considered for the further admission procedure.
